Privacy
This site collects almost nothing, and this page says exactly what "almost" means.

What this site does not do
- No cookies, of any kind.
- No analytics. We do not know how many people visit, and we have chosen not to.
- No trackers, tags, pixels, fingerprinting or third-party scripts.
- No forms. Nothing you type on this site is sent anywhere, including the questions you ask the taxi data on the home page, which are answered from a data file already in your browser.
- No advertising, and nothing stored in your browser by us.
What does happen
Three things, all of them ordinary for a static website. Here is each one and who is on the other end.

Server logs
The site is hosted on Azure Static Web Apps, a Microsoft service. Like any web host it keeps standard server logs, which include the IP address of the request, the page requested, the time, the response code and the browser's user agent string.
We do not add to these logs, do not analyse them, and do not join them to anything else. Microsoft's own retention applies to them.

Fonts
The fonts load from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google, and that request reaches Google with your IP address and the usual request headers. It is the only request this site makes to anyone other than its host. Google's privacy policy covers that request.
If you would rather it did not happen, blocking fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com in your browser leaves the site readable in your system font.

Email
If you write to hello@octelion.dev, your message is routed by Cloudflare Email Routing to a Google mail account where we read it. Both providers handle the message under their own terms.
We keep correspondence for as long as a working relationship or a reasonable follow-up needs it, and we do not add addresses to any list.

That is the whole list. Your browser's network panel will show the same three.
Asking for deletion
If you have emailed us and would like that correspondence deleted, write to the same address from the same account and say so. We delete our copies within 30 days and confirm by reply, after which the confirmation is the only thing we keep.
We cannot delete the copy that your own provider keeps, the host's standard logs, or the font requests held by Google; their policies describe how to contact them.
Changes to this page
If any of the above changes, for example if we ever add a form or a way of counting visits, this page changes first and the date at the top moves. We do not expect to.
